Kai Feng Factory

Ribbon Production Site

Established in 2015, located in Longmen City, Kai Feng is the newest factory of the Sun Rich group.

 

The board of directors has decided to relocate the factory to this new industrial park, at the same time, upgrade the machinery, facilities, and management system. With this change, we are able to improve our competitiveness in the market, productivity and efficiency. The new factory also provides a better working environment for our employees.

Kaifeng Factory site: 40000m2. 

Factory Building coverage: 17980m2

Production buildings:

4-Floor concrete building for all the types of machinery

Each floor has c. 1680m2 of floor space

 

Warehouse:

6 steel buildings for storage – 1680m2 each. 

 

Dormitory:

3-Floor concrete building.

Each floor has c. 1,000m2 of floor space, for housing 190 office workers.

  • Fully integrated production

  • Vertically integrated facilities to produce many necessary raw materials such as fabrics, foil, yarn, glitter, and glue.

 

  • Horizontally integrated to manufacture a wide range of items that incorporate materials and finished product across focus product lines.

 

  • Ability to produce 60 screen print frames per day for our customers’ exclusive designs.
